    This rare one of a kind ART piece is from Artist William (Bill) Scanga, son of famous artist Italo Scanga. If you google Bill Scanga art MINNOWS, you will see that 10 jars each containing a Minnow or fish dressed in scarfs was sold at auction at ARTSY.  You will also see a tree with a sweater. This frog is real, and it is dead, floating in
    Isopropyl
    and it is wearing underwear with small pictures on it. WEIRD BUT REAL The jar has an inscription on the bottom with the Artist name and the year 94. I called the Scanga Foundation and spoke personally to another son of Italo Scanga who in turn gave me the information regarding this piece.
