    THE PACKAGING IS DAMAGED BUT THE DOTS TAPE RUNNER REFILL IS NEW, UNUSED AND NOT AFFECTED FROM DAMAGED PACKAGING.
    I ordered this refill on Amazon but then realized that I have an old, discontinued model of a tape runner by Scrapbook Adhesives. This is the newer model which hold a crazy amount of adhesive (49 feet to be exact). This refill clicks into a plastic, backside piece essentially. If the tape runner you have is ancient, and has a plastic front and back piece then this refill will not work. Message me with any questions.
