This is a 5 x 7” print matted to 8 x 10” and in a wooden frame that is 9” x 11.” It is signed by the photographer in graphite. See photo.
This is a limited edition of one.
This shot was taken at Van Halen’s shows at the Saint Paul Civic Center Theater (in Minnesota) on July 24&25 of 1979. The band was touring behind Van Halen II and was really hitting their stride. They played two amazing shows, and took off from there.
It was taken from the very front row. I didn’t use long lenses at this show. See my store for more shots from these shows, as well as other photos from concerts of the era.
It is an original print, made at a professional photo lab. It is not a mass-produced item. It was originally shot on 35mm film, and contains grain inherent in the medium. If you don’t like film grain, this is not for you.
The “watermark” does not appear on the actual print, of course. Cropping will vary depending on the size ordered. See sample images.
