    Description:
    White Imperial BSP Threaded PVC Pressure Pipe Fittings
    Plain/Solvent Weld PVC Pipe Fittings are designed with female socket connections for sliding over the ends of unthreaded male pipes. Can be fitted together dry or sealed in liquid with a solvent cement/Solvent Weld Glue, for use with liquid.
    BSP Threaded fittings are threaded together using PTFE tape.
    Use with the same colour fittings, also compatible with other colours PVC Pipe and Fittings.
    Application: PVC Pipe and Fittings are suited to many applications. They are probably the most widely used plastic pipe systems in industrial pressure applications and are found in the water treatment, marine aquarium, swimming pool, ponds, aquaculture, irrigation, cooling, heating, chemical and process industries to name but a few.
    Size Guide:
    1/2"       Fitting = Designed to take 1/2" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 21.4mm
    3/4"       Fitting = Designed to take 3/4" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 26.7mm
    1"          Fitting = Designed to take 1" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 33.6mm
    1 1/4"    Fitting = Designed to take 1 1/4" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 42.2mm
    1 1/2"    Fitting = Designed to take 1 1/2" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 48.3mm
    2"          Fitting = Designed to take 2" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 60.3mm
    2 1/2"    Fitting = Designed to take 2 1/2" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 75mm
    3"          Fitting = Designed to take 3" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 90mm
    4"          Fitting = Designed to take 4" pipe, which has an Outside Diameter of 110mm
    With the exception of
    reducing bushes which go inside a fitting of the larger size, to enable the fitting to then take pipe of the smaller size
    . eg: 1" : 1/2" reducing bush would go inside a 1" fitting enabling a 1/2" pipe to then be put inside the bush.
    Spigot fittings are also a fitting which goes inside another fitting. EG: a 1" tank connector would go inside a fitting at the Spigot end. (Basically the Spigot part acts like a piece of pipe. It has the same OD as the pipe for that size would have.)
    Tips
    :
    FBSP= Female BSP Threaded,  MBSP= Male BSP Threaded.

    Some
    fitting eg Reducing Socket may be a little different shape in different sizes, but the usage and principle are the same.

    There may be some scratches on the friction between the PVC parts during transportation, which will not affect the use. Order with caution if you mind.
    The wall thickness changes with pressure rating (thicker for high pressure and thinner for lower pressure) in the same outside diameter.
